# Get conversation input

> Preview an Inbox conversation and recorded Action responses before capture.

Preview an Inbox conversation and recorded Action responses before capture.

Original agent replies are preview-only. Saved test inputs replay customer messages and generate fresh replies. Replay/Test Suite conversations and conversations above 200 events are rejected.

## Headers

<ParamField header="Authorization" type="string" required>
  Bearer token containing your workspace API key. The key needs `read` scope.
</ParamField>

## Query parameters

<ParamField query="botId" type="string" required>
  Agent UUID. The agent must belong to the workspace.
</ParamField>

<ParamField query="conversationId" type="string" required>
  Inbox conversation UUID belonging to this agent.
</ParamField>

## Response

Returns conversation metadata, `messages`, customer `turns`, `actionResponses` and `userAttributes`.
