List run summaries for an agent, optionally filtered by collection or group.
pending counts queued/running cases; errors counts execution failures; failed counts completed evaluations with a fail verdict. needsRerun signals changed cases or group definitions. Search and artifact filters from the shared DTO are not applied here.
