Macros are shared Markdown reply templates for the native Inbox composer. These endpoints manage templates; they do not send messages, execute Actions, or substitute variables. The dashboard fills supported variables when a teammate inserts a macro into a conversation. The authenticated workspace determines ownership. Do not send a company ID or agent ID. Author attribution does not restrict a macro to its creator.
